Overall good experience, and I can definitely recommend it. Had lunch here, so cannot vouch for the dinner menu, but the sushi was pretty good as well as the bento box that I got. Really good teriyaki chicken and vegetables, and the miso soup is delicious! Good service and good atmosphere, although parking can be a little challenging. Check it out if you're looking for a good sushi place in town.
I generally order my food and pick it up. This time, I had the pleasure of dining in. The place is cozy. They have sushi. They do serve alcohol. I enjoyed the food. The service was quick. Food was hot. Our server was polite and made sure we had water and checked on us to see if we needed anything. They have chopsticks, but they do have silverware. I do plan to return and try some other dishes. My favorite is the shril pad thai. I recommend this place if you're like me and enjoy food from different cultures.
Everything was delicious. Service was fast and great. We will definitely be returning! The sushi was fantastic, and so was the fried udon noodles!
Over all it could be a little cleaner. Walls were dirty and menus needed wiped off. Tables are small. Sushi is lackluster for the price. Only place I've ever been were it was $13 for a "special roll" that was 5 pieces (generally I find them to be around 8 pieces) and looked exactly like a Philly Roll, but with some sauce. Not worth it, in my opinion. Also, only place I've ever been for sushi were I was charged for a side of eel sauce.
Came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Called ahead to make a reservation and made sure to let them know we had an older gift card that we would like to use. They assured me it would be NO problem. We had impeccable service from our server, who handled a small issue (with one of our meals) with pure professionalism. When it came time to pay the bill, we presented the gift card. They informed us that because it was so old they couldn’t read it on the new computer system and therefore couldn’t take it. Very disappointed that the owner (who came to talk to our table after we requested him to do so) couldn’t honor the gift card, or even offer a discount. It’s not the $ we are worried about, it’s the principle. We won’t be visiting Moshi again.
Food was not fresh at all. Old avocados used in sushi and extremely old slimy cucumbers in the salad. I should’ve checked my Togo order before leaving.
Another great experience at Moshi. Excellent appetizer, wonderful sushi, and reasonably priced wine is how we spent our afternoon.
